Free beta, live now

Practice the hard conversations before you have them.

Some of the hardest parts of a dental day are not clinical. Asking a happy patient for a review. Explaining gum disease to someone whose mouth feels fine. Sitting with a person who is upset about a bill. Those get easier with practice, and most of us only ever practice on real patients.

Create an account, run three guided reps, then ask for beta access. Approval is instant. No card.

Pick a scenario

The treatment presentation that gets a shrug. The review ask. The billing conversation at the front desk. The patient who says they will think about it. Each one comes with a persona, so the same scenario does not play out the same way twice.

Talk it through

Speak your side out loud, the way you would chairside, or type it if you would rather. The patient answers in character and pushes back the way real patients do.

Get coached

A score and a short read on what you did with the words: where you led, where you lectured, where you asked for the yes and where you skipped it. Run it again and beat it.

Three reps, then the gate

  1. Create an account Email and a password. That is the whole form.
  2. Three guided reps A short tutorial walks you through the first three. You will know by the second one whether this is for you.
  3. Request beta access Approval is instant while the beta runs. The beta is free, and it stays free for the people who help me shape it.

Voice Coach is a training tool, not clinical software. No patient information is involved, and practice audio is not retained. It becomes part of the Associate and Office tiers when they open, with an office view that lets an owner assign drills and see the team's progress.

Why a dentist built this

I still work chairside three days a week. Every scenario in the coach is one I have had to handle myself, and the scoring is built on the principles that changed my own case acceptance. It was built for one office first, then made portable.

Tell me what is missing

The beta exists to find out which scenarios matter and which ones I got wrong. If you run a few reps and something is off, reply to any email from me and say so. That is the whole feedback process for now.
