Two things you can use this week.
Both are the real thing, not a teaser. I used the scorecard for sixteen months before anyone else saw it, and the book's free half is the half that keeps you from signing something you should not.
The Associate Scorecard
Two pages. Page one is how to run it: five minutes at the end of the day, ten on Friday. Page two is the card itself: a daily tally of exams by type, what you presented, what was accepted, and your production, with the four ratios that matter and the yield bands to read them against.
- Week one to four Tally every day. Total on Friday. You now have a baseline.
- Week five on Beat it. Read four weeks pooled, never one week.
- What it tells you Whether you are finding what is there, saying it out loud, and getting a yes. And which of those three is the constraint.
How to Read a Practice Before You Buy It, free edition
Seventeen pages. How a practice sale actually works and when you can still walk away. The document request list by stage, with the reports by practice management system. A chart audit you can run in an afternoon. Red flags and how a lie shows up. And the worksheets for the first pass by hand.
The full edition adds the eight tests, the cash-flow line, the decision rules, a reference case measured for sixteen months, and the workbook. It is part of the Associate tier.
