What this site collects, in plain language.

What we collect. When you sign up, your email address, your first name if you give it, and the stage you pick. Nothing else. The forms are handled by Netlify, and the download email is sent by Resend. Both are ordinary web services with their own privacy policies.

What we do with it. Send you the downloads, and an occasional note from Paul. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click ends it. We do not sell, rent, or share your address.

What we never collect. Patient information of any kind. Nothing on this site, in the downloads, or in the training coach involves a real patient.

Analytics. None at present. If that changes, this page will say so, and it will be aggregate page counts, not tracking of individuals.

Your rights. Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Reply to any email from us, or write to the address in the footer of one.
